To respect and honor all Work Strong participants (yourself included!), commitment to the following is required:

• Not judging yourself and to supporting your own growth. Self-judgement and unintended self-sabotage is common. Your willingness and openness to learn and grow is what’s important in this program.
• Willingness to be coached in the group environment. Openness to and value of direct, individual and business coaching within the group setting.
• Respecting and not judging others in the group. Support for each group member's growth. Bigotry and / or discrimination in any form will not be tolerated.
• Keeping what others say, including but not limited to anything about themselves and their business, confidential.

You understand that you will be dismissed from the program if you are not able to uphold these commitments.
